The data are hosted by a service provider on servers located in Europe. The payment data are processed via a secure solution provided by third party. FIFTYFOR does not process any financial or payment data.

What data are collected by Fiftyfor?
FIFTYFOR does not collect personal data unbeknownst to You, and collects only data that is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing: i.e. to ensure the proper operation and use of the Site, provide the best Service to You, enhance the functionality of the Services.
To that end FIFTYFOR collects the following information:
– First name, last name, nationality, date of birth, e-mail address, business telephone number, professional position held, participation/involvement in governance.
You can also create an Account with Your LinkedIn or other social accounts.
If You create an Account with LinkedIn or Social accounts, You agree that FIFTYFOR will have access to all the information You shared in those accounts.
FIFTYFOR recommends that You familiarize yourself with the privacy policies and practices of any such third parties.
When using the Site :
- Anonymous traffic statistics of the Site via Google analytics,
- The information provided by You when filling out Your profile
The profile is validated only when the required fields are filled.
Why are information collected and to whom are they disclosed?
FIFTYFOR never discloses personal data to third parties without the Your prior and express consent, except:
- To its Affiliates located outside the European Union.
- And where the provision of such data is required by the regulations, in particular at the request of the judicial authorities in accordance with statutory provisions.

For how long does fiftyfor retain the personal data?
The information is kept as long as it is necessary for the proper use of FIFTYFOR.
You can delete Your profile and PII at any time via the settings of FIFTYFOR. If you completely delete all such information, your account will be deactivated and you will lose access to the Service.
You can delete Your personal data stored by FIFTYFOR except:
Your first name, last name and occupation details which appear in the Rating Report. The pursuit of the data controller’s legitimate interest requires keeping such information.
You can delete Your personal data by sending an email or by writing to FIFTYFOR as indicated below, with proof of Your identity.
Security and confidentiality of personal data
FIFTYFOR ensures that appropriate measures are in place to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, prevent their alteration and damage or access by non-authorized third parties.
However it is up to You to protect the security of Your Account and login information as indicated in the Terms and Conditions of Use.
On the condition to provide proof of Your identity, You have the right, at any time, to access and rectify personal data relating to You.
You also have the right, on legitimate grounds, to object to the processing of these data and to their communication to third parties.
FIFTYFOR may object to requests that are obviously excessive, in particular by their number, or their repetitive and systematic character.
